Refund and Returns Policy

At Flaked.in, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter an issue, our Refund and Return Policy provides the guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a defect caused during manufacturing.
• Fit Issues: If the product does not fit as expected.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The product should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at care@flaked.in with your order details and the reason for the return. Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to ship the product back to us.

3. Return and Replacement Charges

Returns are on us !!
You will not be charged for return or replacement.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the returned product. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Important Notes

• Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling, worn, or altered will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Flaked.in reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving a refund or replacement.
