At Flaked.in, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issue with your order, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

• Manufacturing Defect – Any defect caused during production
• Size / Fit Issue – If the product does not fit as expected

Return Window
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags intact

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please use any one of the following methods:

Steps to raise a return request:

• Enter your registered phone number
• Verify using OTP
• Select the item you wish to return
• Upload clear images of the product
• Submit the request with the reason for return

Alternatively, you may email us with:

• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Product details

Once your request is approved, pickup details or return instructions will be shared.

3. Return & Refund Policy

A ₹200 shipping fee will be deducted.

🔹 For COD Orders
Refund will be issued in the form of a Coupon Code which you can use on your next purchase at Flaked.in

🔹 For Prepaid Orders
Refund amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

• First exchange is FREE
• From the second exchange onwards, ₹100 per exchange will be charged

5. Buy 3 Get 1 Free – Returns & Exchanges

• If you exchange any product from a Buy 3 Get 1 Free order, the offer will remain valid, subject to our Exchange Policy.

• If you return products and are left with fewer than 3 paid products, the Buy 3 Get 1 Free offer will no longer apply. The product(s) you keep will be recalculated at their applicable single-item price, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

• Example: If you purchase 4 items under Buy 3 Get 1 Free and return 3 items, the 1 item you keep will be charged at its applicable single-item price. The remaining balance will then be refunded.

• No other offer or discount can be applied to the product(s) kept after such a return.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Once approved, the refund will be successfully completed within 3–7 business days.
• In some cases, return pickups may get delayed due to courier issues, so we request you to kindly wait until the parcel is received by us.

7. Items Not Accepted for Return

The following items will not be accepted for return or exchange:

• Used products
• Washed items
• Damaged products
• Altered items

Flaked.in reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any return, exchange, or refund.

8. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you receive a shipped order and wish to return or exchange it, you may use the applicable return or exchange process outlined in this policy.
